I have been in the financial services industry since 1969, and mortgage loan origination in particular since 1989.

My clientele over the years have been mid to high net worth individuals, successful professionals, business owners, retirees, as well as those that are just starting out in life and buying their first home.

I was born and raised in the Cleveland, Ohio area and after graduating from Shaker Heights High School I attended the University of Virginia, then transferred to and earned a bachelor's degree in History with a Business Administration minor from the University of Houston.

My master's degree is from Dallas Theological Seminary. I am a member of the San Diego Chapters of the Financial Planning Association and the U. S. Professional Tennis Association.

I enjoy jogging, tennis and visiting sites of historical significance. My wife of 33 years and two children and our three fuzzy cats have enjoyed the privilege of living in beautiful San Diego, California for more than three decades.
