I have been successful in the financial services industry since 1969 and have originated mortgage loans for the past 12 years to better serve my clients' real estate needs. I am a licensed California broker (under Anthony David Haber, CA Dept. of Real Estate Lic. #00647995, license information telephone (916)227-0931), with three branch office licenses at Windsor Capital Mortgage Corporation, Unique Mortgage and First Nationwide Mortgage Funding Corporation. I have done loans in other states and can continue to do so when the situation arises. I have had experience in all six loan category grades: A, A-, B, C, D and hard money. After talking with a prospective borrower for 5 minutes, I know which loan category would apply. In addition to single family and condominium owner occupied property loans, I have experience in non-owner, land (improved and unimproved), construction, commercial, industrial, residential/commercial mixed use and income property loans. As an independent mortgage broker, I can shop for the right loan and best rate for you, saving you time, energy and a lot of frustration. With your best interests in mind and not being tied to a specific lender's loan programs, by assessing my list of lenders' current loan programs, interest rates, underwriting guidelines and credit requirements, I can recommend a specific program that best suits your needs. With a wide range of loan options, I can place you with lenders who have a high probability of approving your loan at very competitive rates. I can also help resolve credit issues, when necessary, that may prevent obtaining a loan through a direct lender. I act as the quarterback, coordinating all aspects of the loan with escrow, title, real estate agents when a purchase is involved and handling the appraisal and credit reporting services. I will exhaust all my contacts and approach the loan solution from all angles until I perceive there is no immediate answer and at that point recommend plan B (or C).
